Yeast Bread
1 pkg. yeast
2 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
3 c. flour
Dissolve yeast in 1 1/4 cups warm water in large mixer bowl. Add
oil, sugar, salt and 2 cups flour. Beat for 2 minutes at medium
speed of electric mixer. Blend in remaining flour with spoon until
smooth. Cover. Let rise in warm place for 1/2 hour or until doubled
in bulk. Stir batter down for 25 strokes. Spread evenly in loaf pan.
Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. .
